The summer term has arrived which can only mean one thing (ok maybe not one thing, but a really fun thing)........ the TBS - BHS Fun Run at Hall Barn Estate in Beaconsfield (HP9 2SG) is on the horizon!
When?
The event will take place during periods 4 and 5 on Wednesday June 28th and all students in Years 7 - 10 take part.
Fancy dress
This year it's a Fancy Dress Fun Run and students will be asked to dress in a costume of their choice. Why not choose a theme as a Form? Or get together with a group of friends and go dressed as superheroes, pirates, Bananas in Pyjamas, clowns, characters from a book or a film...the list is endless! Or you can go it solo, whatever works for you! One student in each year group will be awarded a prize for the best costume.
Fundraising
We will be raising funds for a new permanent outdoor canopy which will give students an additional space to eat their lunch and chat with friends, staying dry when it rains and protected from the sun when it's hot. Below are examples of the type of waterproof tensile canopy we will be installing, the size and design will be determined by its location and the groundwork required. Last year we raised £20k, so here's hoping we can do the same this year!

No login is required, and every donation made via this link will be attributed to you. We set each student a £200 fundraising target and the student who raises the most will win a pair of Beats Studio3 Headphones. Every student who gets sponsorship will also be entered into a draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher. Online donations can be made until 23:59 on the day of the Fun Run (28th June) to be counted towards these prizes. The winners will be contacted on Thursday 29th June.
