Join our Governing Board
Governors play a crucial role in the governance and success of a school, acting as a bridge between the school and the wider community. They provide strategic leadership, ensure accountability, and help shape the vision and direction of the school. Governors are responsible for overseeing the school's budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively to enhance educational outcomes. They also play a key role in hiring and supporting the headteacher, who manages the day-to-day operations. By maintaining high standards of governance, governors ensure that the school provides a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment for all students. Their work supports the long-term sustainability and improvement of the school, making them indispensable to its overall success.
