Sustainable Poppy Project 2023

This year we are hoping to further expand our Remembrance poppy display, inspired by the Blood Swept Lands installation at the Tower of London to commemorate the WW1 Centenary in 2014.  Miss Walker has produced this document which will give you some background to the project. 

We are asking students (and their friends and family) to knit, crochet, or felt as many poppies as they can, which will then be fastened to a wire frame and displayed in Reception.

We would like all the poppies finished by Friday 3^rd November 2023 so let’s get crafting!
