Free School Meals

It is important that every student has access to effective support in every area relating to their academic and personal development and wellbeing. A healthy meal during the day is a key part of ensuring this, and the Government has consequently made provision for schools to facilitate this aspect of support.

If you think your child may be eligible for Free School Meals, please read on. There is an introductory letter and Application form here, and you may, of course, make contact with the School to ask any questions you may have on pupilpremium@beaconsfieldhigh.bucks.sch.uk.

'The Government recognises the benefits of providing a healthy school meal to the most disadvantaged pupils. The Education Act 1996 requires maintained schools and academies (including free schools) to provide free school meals to disadvantaged pupils who are aged between 5 and 16 years old.'
